(NYSE: EPAM) today announced a bold strategic initiative to significantly expand its Salesforce practice through the acquisition of major Salesforce System Integrators. The company confirmed that CustomerTimes, a prominent global Salesforce consulting partner with deep CRM expertise and a significant client portfolio, is the primary acquisition target.

Together, we will deliver unmatched value to enterprises undergoing digital transformation on the Salesforce platform."
The deal, reportedly valued at several hundred million dollars, is expected to close in Q3 2026 pending regulatory approval. EPAM also indicated that additional Salesforce SI acquisitions are being evaluated as part of this consolidation strategy.
